- Go to the appropriate review service page.
- Review the online retainer agreement, enter your contact information, agree to the terms, and electronically sign.
- Pay for the service. Please make sure you enter the client’s full name in the payment reference field.
- Our office will send instructions on how to upload your agreement through the client portal and/or email the agreement to our firm.
- Upload or email your agreement.
- We review the agreement.
- We provide a telephone consultation and recommend changes if necessary.
- If all parties agree to the terms, Attorney Norman Gregory Fernandez signs the agreement and uploads it to the client portal for your access.
Review services are generally completed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and the agreement to be reviewed is uploaded or emailed to our office.

- Review the online retainer agreement, enter your contact information, agree to the terms, and electronically sign.
- Pay for the service. Please make sure you enter the client’s full name in the payment reference field.
- Our office will send instructions, including the intake form needed to customize your agreement and the required financial disclosure forms.
- Complete and return the intake and financial disclosure forms.
- We prepare the first draft of your prenuptial or postnuptial agreement.
- If the other side requests changes, we will make appropriate revisions.
- Once all sides agree, Attorney Norman Gregory Fernandez signs the agreement and uploads it to the client portal.
Preparation services are generally completed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and we receive the completed intake and financial disclosure forms.
