We offer one of California's most affordable statewide attorney Prenup agreement review services.
After you order and pay for the service below, you will receive a link to upload your prenup agreement into our client portal. You may also email your prenup to us. You will receive instructions once we receive payment. We will generally review your prenuptial agreement within approximately 1–2 business days of payment and receipt of your final draft agreement. Once we review your agreement, we will schedule a legal consultation with you to go over the agreement. Our review service also includes an attorney signature once all parties agree to the final draft.
Privacy: Information submitted through this form is transmitted by secure HTTPS and maintained confidentially consistent with applicable law and attorney ethical obligations. Submission alone does not create an attorney-client relationship until conflict review is completed and representation is accepted.

Agreement
This Agreement is between the Law Offices of Norman Gregory Fernandez ("Attorney") and Client whose name is listed above and signed electronically below.
1. Scope of Representation: Attorney is retained solely to review a California premarital agreement prepared by another attorney or person, advise Client regarding its legal consequences, suggest revisions if appropriate, and sign the agreement if compliant with California law. This agreement does not include drafting a new agreement, negotiations beyond general recommendations, court appearances, or litigation.
2. Fixed Fee and Included Time: Client agrees to pay a fixed fee of $445.00 for this limited-scope review service. This fee includes up to two (2) hours of attorney time. Almost all premarital agreements can be fully reviewed within the included time. It is rare that additional time is required.
If additional time is necessary, Attorney will notify Client before exceeding two hours. Any approved additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
3. Payment Terms: The fixed fee is due upon signing this Agreement. This is a flat-fee service and is non-refundable once
work begins, as Attorney reserves professional time exclusively for Client.
4. Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide the final premarital agreement in PDF format and cooperate fully. Client agrees to be truthful and complete in all disclosures.
5. No Guarantee: Attorney makes no guarantees regarding enforceability or future marital outcomes. Any statements are opinions only.
6. Professional Liability Insurance Disclosure: Attorney does not maintain errors and omissions (professional liability) insurance applicable to family law matters. Client acknowledges receipt of this disclosure.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, unless Client elects fee arbitration under California Business & Professions Code §6200. By signing below, Client acknowledges waiver of jury trial for covered disputes.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing.
9. Conflict Check and Acceptance of Representation - Client understands and agrees that execution of this Agreement and/or payment of any fee does not automatically establish or confirm representation if a conflict of interest exists. Representation remains subject to completion of the Law Office's conflict-of-interest review procedures. In the event the Law Office determines that a non-waivable conflict of interest exists, or otherwise determines that representation cannot ethically proceed, the Law Office will promptly notify Client and any funds paid by Client that have not been earned or that must be refunded under applicable law and this Agreement will be refunded to Client. The Law Office reserves the right to decline representation where required by ethical obligations or applicable law.
10. Client Identity and Communications -Client understands and agrees that the Law Office represents only the individual identified in this Agreement as the client, regardless of whether another person pays all or part of the fee, assists with payment, participates in communications, or otherwise assists in the matter. No attorney-client relationship is created with any person other than the client identified in this Agreement.
Client further understands and agrees that the Law Office may communicate only with the client regarding legal advice, strategy, confidential matters, or other substantive communications unless the client separately authorizes disclosure in writing and such communication is ethically permissible. Payment of fees by another person does not create any right to receive confidential information, direct representation, or control the representation.
